Cleveland had high expectations this season and after failing to live up to them, they have fired head coach Freddie Kitchens. The news was first reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The Browns named Kitchens offensive coordinator midway through last season and hired him as head coach this offseason. In his one season as head coach, the Browns went 6-10.
This season, the Browns had two 1,000-yard wide receivers and the AFC’s top running back in rushing yards, but still failed to make the playoffs.
