
Tight end Ben Watson has decided to retire from the NFL, as he posted on social media Monday.
Watson, 39, played 15 pro seasons with time spent in New England, New Orleans, Cleveland and Baltimore. He finishes his career with 547 receptions for 6,058 yards and 44 touchdowns.
As speculated on by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Watson plans to remain in the public eye.
