Smith, 31, has played his entire nine-year career with the Ravens, but was a free agent after the season. Last year, he played nine games with six passes defended and one interception. In his career, he has 70 passes defended and 14 interceptions.
The Ravens will get an experienced player to back up Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters. Smith will have to stay healthy though, as he hasn’t played in all 16 games since 2015.
