Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown reportedly has a warrant out for his arrest from the Tampa Bay police department. The warrant is for domestic violence battery against a yet-unknown party. It is reportedly a misdemeanor battery charge.
NFL Network reporter Cameron Wolfe tweeted about the news with a screenshot of the warrant.
Brown set the league on fire after being a sixth round draft pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. He won a Super Bowl with the Bucs in 2021, earned seven Pro Bowl nods, four First Team All-Pro selections and led the NFL in receiving yards and receptions twice each.
His career came crashing to a halt in the 2021-2022 season during a game against the Jets in which he removed his jersey mid-game and ran into the locker room shirtless. He has not played an NFL snap since, and has had multiple run-ins with the law. Stay tuned to TGH for more on this developing story.
