2024 NFL Mock Draft December 6

Publish Date: December 6, 2023

The NFL season is nearing the end, but it is never too early to look ahead. Here is the 2024 NFL Mock Draft December 6.

1. Chicago Bears (via CAR)- Caleb Williams, QB, USC

If the Bears get the top pick, they are either drafting a quarterback or trading the pick most likely. Williams has had trouble protecting the ball this season, but has great arm talent and can extend plays.

2. New England Patriots- Drake Maye, QB, UNC

New England needs a rejuvenated offense and it can start with the selection of Drake Maye. He has solid athletic ability and accuracy. They’ll need to get weapons around him to help him succeed.

3. Arizona Cardinals- Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State

Kyler Murray is playing solidly since returning and now the Cardinals can get him a top-tier target. Harrison Jr. is big, athletic and runs good routes. He is the best wide receiver prospect in the draft in a while.

4. Washington Commanders- Olu Fashanu, OT, Penn State

Sam Howell has shown some flashes of being a good quarterback, but Washington can’t protect him. Fashanu has great size and athletic ability.

5. Chicago Bears- Dallas Turner, EDGE, Alabama

The Bears already improved their defense with the addition of Montez Sweat. They can make it even better by drafting Turner, who is a good pash rusher and plays with an edge.

6. New York Jets- Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame

Alt is a talented tackle who is good in pass protection. The Jets need to make sure Aaron Rodgers is protected next season when he returns from injury.

7. New York Giants- Malik Nabers, WR, LSU

The Giants keep taking receivers early in drafts, but they have struggled to find a number one target. They are out of range to get one of the top quarterbacks, so they need to get more weapons.

8. Tennessee Titans- J.C. Latham, OT, Alabama

Tennessee just took Peter Skoronski last season, but they still need to improve the offensive line. Latham is a good run blocker, which the Titans will value.

9. New Orleans Saints- Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB, Alabama

New Orleans could go with a quarterback here, but they already have money tied to the position. If they don’t, they could go with a corner to play across from Marshon Lattimore.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Brock Bowers, TE, Georgia

Bowers is one of the best tight ends in recent draft memory. He can really open things up for an NFL offense with his ability to be a mismatch.

11. Las Vegas Raiders- Michael Penix, QB, Washington

A new coach for the Raiders may want a new quarterback. Penix specializes in pushing the ball downfield and creating big plays downfield.

12. Los Angeles Chargers- Jer’Zhan Newton, DL, Illinois

The Chargers have needed to improve the interior of their defensive line for years and Newton can really help them improve their rush defense.

13. Buffalo Bills- Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State

Coleman is a taller receiver who also has good athletic ability. He has made plenty of highlight catches this season. He could provide a more consistent target for Josh Allen across from Stefon Diggs.

14. Denver Broncos- Laiatu Latu, EDGE, UCLA

The Broncos could benefit from adding another pass rusher to their defense. Latu has been a great pass rusher this season, but has significant injuries that will need to be cleared.

15. Seattle Seahawks- Jared Verse, EDGE, Florida State

Pete Carroll will love adding Verse who plays the run solidly and rushes the passer well. He finished the season very strong to solidify his draft stock.

16. Los Angeles Rams- Nate Wiggins, CB, Clemson

Wiggins has had one of the best seasons for a corner in college football. He has solid size and matches up with receivers well.

17. Cincinnati Bengals- Taliese Fuaga, OT, Oregon State

Jonah Williams is hitting free agency and the Bengals will need to improve their line again to protect Joe Burrow. Fuaga has great strength and can start at right tackle for the Bengals.

18. Arizona Cardinals (via HOU)- Cooper DeJean, CB, Iowa

The Cardinals have not had good corner play this season. DeJean has shown good ball skills and could play either corner or safety in the NFL.

19. Atlanta Falcons- Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU

Atlanta has gone back to Desmond Ridder, but the results still aren’t great. Daniels has the ability to make plays with his legs, but has been throwing the ball downfield more this season, showing some real development.

20. Green Bay Packers- Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia

Mims has limited tape, as he got injured this season, but has plenty of tools to win with. Picking Mims will allow the Packers to shuffle their offensive line and get the best players on the field, as a few of their current linemen can play multiple positions.

21. Minnesota Vikings- J.J. McCarthy, QB, Michigan

The Vikings look like they will move on from Kirk Cousins. If they do, they likely will need to draft a quarterback and McCarthy has experience in a pro-style system.

22. Indianapolis Colts- Rome Odunze, WR, Washington

Anthony Richardson will return from injury next year and the Colts may want to get him another weapon to utilize. He can win downfield, which will fit Richardson’s skillset.

23. Pittsburgh Steelers- Kalen King, CB, Penn State

The Steelers had success taking a Penn State corner last season in Joey Porter Jr. and might go back to the well this season.

24. Houston Texans (via CLE)- Leonard Taylor, DL, Miami

Houston has some nice offensive pieces right now and can improve their defense by tacking Taylor. Taylor is athletic for an interior defensive lineman.

25. Kansas City Chiefs- Chop Robinson, EDGE, Penn State

Kansas City’s defense has taken a step forward this season, but another pass rusher on the edge could be needed.

26. Jacksonville Jaguars- Bralen Trice, EDGE, Washington

The Jaguars need to get some production across from Josh Allen. Doing so will make the defense better and will also help Allen face fewer double teams.

27. Dallas Cowboys- Adonai Mitchell, WR, Texas

CeeDee Lamb has been great, but the Cowboys could benefit from another receiver being in the mix more consistently.

28. Detroit Lions- Terrion Arnold, CB, Alabama

Getting more corner help on the outside can vastly improve the Detroit defense. Arnold has shown good instincts this season and has risen up draft boards.

29. San Francisco 49ers- Graham Barton, OT, Duke

The 49ers are dominating right now, but their line could use some help. In addition, Trent Williams is aging and they could need a tackle of the future.

30. Baltimore Ravens- J.T. Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State

Baltimore can use more defensive linemen and edge rushers. Tuimoloau is a bigger edge rusher who could convert to a 3-4 defensive end if necessary.

31. Miami Dolphins- Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas

The Dolphins can get a better third receiver to go with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. Mike McDaniel likes speedy players and Worthy fits that bill.

32. Philadelphia Eagles- Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State

Philadelphia had injuries in the secondary and the play has suffered. Burke can make them younger at the position and he has had a great bounce-back season at Ohio State.
