The 2025 NFL Draft will be a great event for teams to start building for their future. Here is the Quinshon Judkins NFL Draft Profile.

School: Ohio State

Size: 6-foot, 219 pounds

He helped Ole Miss win eight games that season. Judkins returned to Ole Miss in 2023, putting up 1,158 rushing yards, 149 receiving yards and 17 total touchdowns. The Rebels won 11 games with the help of Judkins. Following the season, Judkins transferred to Ohio State. With the Buckeyes in 2024, Judkins totaled 1,060 rushing yards, 161 receiving yards and 16 total touchdowns. He led the Buckeyes to a national championship in his lone season with the team.

Following the National Championship Game, Judkins declared for the 2025 NFL Draft. He is currently projected to be a day two pick.

Quinshon Judkins Strengths

Judkins has good size for an NFL running back. He stands at 6-foot and 219 pounds, which will make him one of the more well-built running backs in the class. With his size, he has good power and contact balance. Judkins is a good short-yardage and goal-line running back, as he is capable of picking up tough yards. He has a great stiff arm as well that was on display frequently.

His combination of size and athleticism sets him apart from other running backs. Judkins has good acceleration at the start of plays. He can get up to top speed quickly, but he also has solid top-end speed as well, especially given his size. With his straight-line athleticism and quickness, he can pick up yardage quickly.

He was productive as a receiver out of the backfield as well. Judkins can get open as a receiver an then shows off decent hands. He can run after the catch really well, making defenses key on him, even on passing downs. With time, he can add more routes to his tree to become an even more effective receiver.

Quinshon Judkins Weaknesses

Judkins showed he was a willing blocker, both in the run game and in pass pro. In pass protection, he needs to have better form. He can dive at defenders legs at times. With his size, he can square up defenders and sustain blocks for a longer period of time.

While he is a good straight-line athlete, Judkins isn’t the most elusive running back. He doesn’t move well laterally and won’t make a lot of defenders miss in the open-field. Judkins will need to run hard and use his power rather than trying to make defenders miss.

Judkins has good speed, but falls short of the elite mark. He can create big plays, but can be caught in the open field. In the grand scheme of things, this shouldn’t limit him from being a productive running back, but can limit how many explosive plays he gets at the NFL level.
