While the 2027 NFL Draft is still far off in the distance, players who will be drafted early are on the field now. Each week presents unique matchups for draft prospects and this week is no different. Here are NFL Draft prospects to watch in college football Week 10.
Moore joined Notre Dame in 2024 and made an immediate impact. As a freshman, he registered 48 total tackles, 11 passes defended and two interceptions. He played well again in 2025, as he had 31 total tackles, five interceptions and seven passes defended. So far this season, Moore has 13 total tackles and five passes defended. This week, Moore will be going up against a great Miami offensive attack.
At 6-foot-2 and 197 pounds, Moore has a good frame for the NFL that he can continue to fill out. His length helps him attack the catch point. He attacks the ball in the air like he is a wide receiver. He is a good athlete who can mirror well in man coverage, but also uses his eyes well in zone. At times, his eye balance could be better. He can also improve his run defense and tackling ability. Moore is currently projected to be a top 10 pick.
Mensah started his college career at Tulane. He passed for 2,723 yards, 22 touchdowns and six interceptions on 65.9 percent completion for the Green Wave. Following the season, he transferred to Duke. With the Blue Devils, he passed for 3,973 yards, 34 touchdowns and six interceptions on 66.8 percent completion. This season, he has suited up for the Miami Hurricanes, passing for 2,425 yards, 25 touchdowns and one interception on 80.7 percent completion. In Week 10, he is playing one of the best defense in the country as the Hurricanes travel to Notre Dame.
He has ok size for the NFL at 6-foot-3 and 205 pounds, but can add strength to his frame. Mensah has been a very accurate quarterback in college, specifically to the short and intermediate areas of the field. He reads coverages well and doesn’t put the ball in harm’s way. Mensah doesn’t have great arm talent, as he can struggle to get the ball downfield and has to wind up at times. He also has had struggles with fumbles during his career. Mensah is currently projected to be a first-round pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Seaton was a five-star recruit who signed with Colorado out of high school. He played two seasons with the Buffaloes, where he was a Freshman All-American in 2024 and a Second Team All-Big 12 pick in 2025. Seaton transferred to LSU, where he has aided the Tigers in a 6-2 start to the season. He will be helping the Tigers go up against Alabama in Week 10.
At 6-foot-5 and 307 pounds, Seaton has solid size for an NFL offensive tackle. He lost some weight heading into his time at LSU to help his movement abilities. Seaton has shown to be a good pass blocker who can mirror rushers well. He has good athleticism and could turn into a franchise left tackle. While he has moments in the run game, he needs to consistently clear holes more. He is currently projected to be a first-round pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Williams joined Utah all the way back in 2021. He didn’t play much during the first few years of his career at Utah. He was a reserve lineman through the 2025 season. This season, he has earned his chance to start at left tackle for the Utes. He has played well and helped the team be undefeated through nine weeks of the regular season. Williams will have to play well this week in the rivalry game against BYU.
He is a huge offensive tackle at 6-foot-8, having good length as well, but can fill out his 305-pound frame a bit more. Williams has limited experience playing and is an older prospect. His pad level can get too high and he can struggle to move people in the run game. He is a fluid mover for his size and has some real potential as a pass blocker. For a player that hasn’t played a lot of football, he does seem to pick things up quickly. He is currently projected to be a first- or second-round pick in the 2027 NFL Draft.
Gilliam was originally a Penn State Nittany Lion at the start of his college career. In 2024, he didn’t play much, but then had 15 tackles, two tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks in 2025. He transferred to Tennessee for the 2026 season, where he has broken out. Gilliam has 26 total tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and six sacks. This week, he will be going up against a good Kentucky offensive line.
He has decent size for an NFL interior defensive lineman at 6-foot-2 and 305 pounds. Gilliam has good burst at the snap and can attack gaps to be disruptive. He has some pass rush moves, which pair well with his athleticism to help him get after the quarterback. Gilliam is a solid run defender as well. He has had just one year of production, can struggle against length and also misses some tackles. Gilliam has done enough this season to make him worthy of first-round consideration.
