While the 2026 NFL Draft is still far off in the distance, players that will be drafted early are on the field now. Each week presents unique matchups for draft prospects and this week is no different. Here are NFL Draft prospects to watch in college football week 10.
Clemson has had a bad season after expectaions were high. They have lost four games and some of their talent isn’t playing up to their standard. Defensive lineman Peter Woods has been solid, but not quite as good as last season. Woods has 21 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and one sack on the season. For Clemson to beat a Duke team that has some talent up front, Woods will need to play well.
At 6-foot-3 and 315 pounds, Woods has good size for an interior defensive lineman at the NFL level. He provides nice run defense with the ability to take on multiple blockers to free up his teammates. He is a good athlete for his size and has good burst. Parker will not be a great pass rusher and can have a better plan on pass rushing downs. Currently, he is projected to be a top 10 pick.
Duke has had a solid season at 4-3 on the year with a lot still left to play for this year, as they only have one loss in the ACC. Their offense has been good, as they have scored 33.9 points per game and pass for 319 yards per game. A lot of that credit goes to their offensive line, which features Brian Parker, a Second Team All-ACC selection a year ago. He will have a tough matchup against NFL-level talent on Clemson’s defensive line.
At 6-foot-5 and 325 pounds, Parker has solid size for an NFL offensive tackle. He may lack length to stay at tackle at the next tackle, but he has experience playing inside. Parker has a good anchor in pass pro, nice awareness and body control. He struggles vs. speed rushers at times, which could be helped by a move inside as well. Parker is currently projected to be a first or second-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Tennessee has two losses this season, but are still alive for the CFP. This is in large part thanks to their offense and more specifically, their passing attack. Chris Brazzell has had a great season for the Volunteers and his stock has risen. He has 43 receptions for 740 yards and eight touchdowns. Brazzell will need to have to play well against a stout Oklahoma defense.
At 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, Brazzell has good size for an NFL receiver, although he does still need to fill out his frame better. He has a large catch radius, but can also separate decently well, especially for his size. He has good ball tracking skills and can high point the football. Brazzell is solid running after the catch too. Brazzell can continue filling out his frame and doesn’t have great speed. He doesn’t have the most reliable hands, but can continue working on that. Brazzell is currently projected to be a day two pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Penn State has had a rough season, already losing four games and now playing with an interim coach. They still have plenty of NFL Draft talent and need them to play up to their potential. Dani Dennis-Sutton is one of those players. He has 24 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks on the season. If Penn State has any shot against Ohio State, Dennis-Sutton needs to have the best game of his season.
He stands at 6-foot-5 and 265 pounds, which is solid size for an NFL edge rusher. Dennis-Sutton has a good motor and can get to the quarterback with a nice bull rush. He can rush from the inside and can rush from the interior. Dennis-Sutton has an average burst and his pad level can get too high. He needs to add more pass-rush moves, as a lot of his past production is due to effort. Dennis-Sutton is currently projected to be a day two pick.
Ohio State is undefeated this season with talent stacked on both sides of the ball. The offense has opened up more as the season has gone on and one of the reasons for their early success is wide receiver Carnell Tate. So far this season, Tate has 34 catches for 587 yards and six touchdowns. He will be up against some quality players in Penn State’s secondary this week.
He has a good frame at 6-foot-3 and 193 pounds, but he can continue to fill it out. He lacks top end speed and needs to prove he can beat press coverage more successfully. At this point though, the positives of his route running, body control and run after the catch ability far outweight those limitations. He has made acrobatic catches this season, but doesn’t have to do it all the time because he separates well. Tate is projected to be a first round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
