NFL Draft Prospects in the 2025 Salute to Veterans Bowl

Publish Date: December 10, 2025

The bowl season gives fans and scouts alike a chance to analyze NFL Draft prospects against solid competition. Bowl scheduling allows all eyes to be on each game. Here are the NFL Draft prospects in the 2025 Salute to Veterans Bowl.

Troy Trojans Draft Prospects

David Daniel-Sisavanh, S

Daniel-Sisavanh started his college career in 2021 for Georgia. He had 30 total tackles and six passes defended through his three seasons with the Bulldogs. Daniel-Sisavanh did not play in 2024 after being dismissed from Georgia for violating team reals and is now suiting up for Troy. This season, he had 42 total tackles, two tackles for loss and four passes defended.

At 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds, Daniel-Sisavanh has a decent frame for a safety, but has to continue filling it out for the next level. His experience at Georgia is nice, but it would have been nice to see more production in his lone season at Troy. He will likely get a chance to workout for NFL teams.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent

Elijah Prather, IOL

Prather joined Troy in 2023 as a freshman. He redshirted that season, then jumped into the starting lineup in 2024. He started all 12 games at left tackle in 2024. Prather started the season off well, but then was injured and hasn’t played since week 7 for the 2025 season.

At 6-foot-4 and 306 pounds, Prather has a good frame, but can add more strength. He may not play in this game, but has been impressive early in his career. As a redshirt sophomore, he is likely heading back to school or to the transfer portal, where he’ll have a chance to continue to develop.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent

Other Draft Prospects: WR RaRa Thomas (UFA)

Jacksonville State Gamecocks Draft Prospects

Cam Cook, RB

Cam Cook signed with TCU in 2023. As a freshman, he played in nine games, rushing for 58 yards. His role increased in 2024, as he rushed for 460 yards. Following the season, he transferred to Jacksonville State. Cook had the most productive season of any running back in the FBS. He totaled 1,659 yards, 286 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns.

He stands at 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds, which is solid size for an NFL running back. Cook is just a junior, so he could go pro and might be a late-round pick. His production this year was great, so he can return to school or enter the transfer portal and continue to improve his stock.

Projected Draft Range: Sixth Round Pick-Undrafted Free Agent

Khurtiss Perry, DL

Perry spent two seasons at Alabama and redshirting one of those seasons. He then transferred to Virginia Tech in 2024 and also didn’t record any stats. This season, he suited up for Jacksonville State. He finished the season with 18 total tackles, four tackles for loss and two sacks.

At 6-foot-3 and 280 pounds, Perry is a little undersized for an NFL interior defensive lineman. He can add weight to his frame to hold up more in the middle. Ultimately, returning to college and improving for another year is likely the best path for the former four-star prospect.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
