NFL Draft Prospects in the 2025 Myrtle Beach Bowl

Publish Date: December 11, 2025

The bowl season gives fans and scouts alike a chance to analyze NFL Draft prospects against solid competition. Bowl scheduling allows all eyes to be on each game. Here are the NFL Draft prospects in the 2025 Myrtle Beach Bowl.

Kennesaw State Owls Draft Prospects

Gabriel Benyard, WR

Benyard joined Kennesaw State in 2021, when the program was still in the FCS. He was used as an all-purpose player and on special teams in his first two years and then played more of a full-time receiver role in 2023 before getting injured. In 2024, Kennesaw State’s first at the FBS level, Benyard had 19 catches for 162 yards in seven games played. This season has been the best of his career, as he hauled in 55 passes for 898 yards and nine touchdowns.

At 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, Benyard is a little smaller for an NFL wide receiver. His production this year helps his stock, as does his experience on special teams. He will likely need to fight in camp for a chance to make an NFL roster.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent

Baron Hopson, LB

For the first two seasons of his career, Hopson played at Jackson State. He had 51 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and four sacks in his first season as a starter for the Tigers in 2022. In 2023, he transferred to Kennesaw State and helped them in their last season of FCS play. In 2024, he was injured after four games and redshirted. This season, he has played his best football with 126 total tackles and 8.5 tackles for loss.

He stands at 6-foot-1 and 215 pounds, which is pretty slight for an NFL linebacker. Hopson needs to add weight to his frame to be a full-time linebacker. His pursuit of the ball and tackling is nice, but his best path to an NFL team right now at his size is on special teams.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent

Western Michigan Broncos Draft Prospects

Nadame Tucker, EDGE

Tucker started his college career at the JUCO level. After that he spent three seasons at Houston and did not make much of an impact. He transferred to Western Michigan for the 2025 season and played great. Tucker has 55 total tackles, 21 tackles for loss and 14.5 sacks. He leads the country in sacks and tackles for loss.

He has ok size for an NFL edge rusher at 6-foot-3 and 260 pounds. His one year of great production will put him on the radar for NFL teams, but he still has a long ways to make an NFL roster. He’ll have to prove himself in camps to get his shot.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent

Raheem Anderson, IOL

Anderson started his college career at Michigan. He spent four seasons with the Wolverines. In 2024, he played in 12 games for the Wolverines, but wasn’t a starter. Anderson transferred to Western Michigan for the 2025 season. His play helped Western Michigan run the ball well and he was named First Team All-MAC for his play.

He is 6-foot-2 and 321 pounds, which is solid size for an NFL center. His length might come into question, as well as just having one good year of tape. Anderson will probably not be drafted, but could land as an undrafted free agent.

Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
