The bowl season gives fans and scouts alike a chance to analyze NFL Draft prospects against solid competition. Bowl scheduling allows all eyes to be on each game. Here are the NFL Draft prospects in the 2025 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
Isaac Terrell, EDGE
Terrell joined Washington State in 2023 and played sparingly. He played a bit more in 2024, registering 12 total tackles and one tackle for loss. This season has really shown his growth as a player. Terrell has registered 28 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss and seven sacks, demonstrating his pass rush potential.
At 6-foot-2 and 247 pounds, he is smaller than most NFL edge rushers. His pass rush production warrants him getting some NFL consideration. He is just a junior so returning to school or entering the transfer portal is probably the best option for Terrell.
Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
Joshua Meredith, WR
Meredith signed with Washington State in 2022. He didn’t play much in his first two seasons with the team, registering just four total receptions over that time. In 2024, he started producing more with 39 receptions for 472 yards and two touchdowns. This season has been his best yet, as he has 49 catches for 639 yards and three touchdowns.
He stands at 6-foot and 170 pounds, which is below-average NFL size. Meredith will have to add more weight to his frame to fill it out. His production growth is great to see and he also has experience on special teams, which could help his chance of making a roster.
Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
John Miller, LB
Miller played four seasons for Oregon State to start his career. He didn’t play much, registering just 22 total tackles and one tackle for loss during his time with the Beavers. In 2024, he transferred to Utah State. He registered 52 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and two sacks in his debut season for the Aggies. This season, he has really taken a step forward with 108 total tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and 7.5 sacks.
He is a bit undersized for an NFL linebacker at 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds. His one year of production has helped his draft stock, but his best path to making an NFL roster is likely through playing special teams.
Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
Braden Pegan, WR
Pegan spent three years at UCLA to start his college career after being a three-star recruit. He only recorded one reception for seven yards during his time as a Bruin. In 2025, he has played well for the Aggies. He has 60 receptions for 926 yards and five touchdowns. Pegan also has four rushes for 11 yards and one touchdown.
At 6-foot-3 and 210 pounds, Pegan has great size for an NFL receiver. Despite being in college for a while, he still has eligibility remaining. He could go pro, but a return to college to build his stock up more is likely the correct choice.
Projected Draft Range: Undrafted Free Agent
Other Draft Prospects: CB Noah Avinger (UFA)
