Position: Interior Offensive Line

Size: 6-foot-4, 314 Pounds
Class: Senior
2025 stats: First Team All-American, First Team All-Big Ten
Pregnon was an unranked prospect in the class of 2020, who joined Wyoming out of Colorado. He didn’t play in his first season, then redshirted the next year. Pregnon stepped into the starting lineup in 2022 at right guard. He helped the team go 7-6 on the season. The following season, he transferred to USC where he moved to left guard, but still started. His play aided the team in winning eight games. The following season, he was named Second Team All-Big Ten at USC and the team won seven games. For the 2025 season, Pregnon suited up for Oregon. He was a First Team All-American and led the team to 13 wins, including an appearance in the CFP semifinal.
Following the season, Pregnon has been preparing for the 2026 NFL Draft. He is currently projected to be a first or second-round pick.
Pregnon has solid measurables for the NFL interior line position, as he is 6-foot-4 and 314 pounds. With his size comes good play strength, which is something he was able to build up over his long college career. He also has long arms that measured in at over 33 inches at the NFL Combine. This allows him to keep defenders off of his frame and control his matchup.
He is a great fit for a zone run blocking team. Pregnon can struggle with gap concepts, but as a zone blocker he is able to flow and execute his blocks better. He is able to move defenders and clear holes for his running backs. His blocking on the second level can be suspect, but he is able to execute his assignment on the first level to clear the way.
His pass blocking is pretty refined for a prospect. He can deal with power rushers on the interior with a strong anchor and doesn’t often get pushed back into the pocket. Pregnon can stall rushers with great hand placement and grip strength to sustain his blocks. He plays his best in a phone booth and can dominate as a pass blocker in limited space.
Pregnon can lean and lunge a bit too much. This happens as a run blocker when he is trying to hit second-level targets. As a pass blocker he can overset and get off balance at times. Pregnon needs to trust his technique and keep his balance, as that will help him to play within himself.
Quick interior rushers can give him issues. Pregnon isn’t the quickest at the snap of the ball so some defenders can have him in recovery mode early. If they are able to execute good inside counters, Pregnon’s oversetting can be exposed. He doesn’t have the quickness or flexibility that those players do, so he tries and succeeds a lot of times because of his strength and hand placement.
He has heavy hands and is great at placing them, but Pregnon can really improve if he increases how quickly he activates his hands. His hands can be slow, which allows defenders to make an early push on the play. If he can get a better start, both off the snap and with his hands, he can win even more of his matchups.
Projected Draft Range: First Round Pick-Second Round Pick
Draft Grade: Second Round Pick
