The Denver Nuggets have completed a trade that will send forward Dario Saric to the Kings for Jonas Valanciunas, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Valanciunas, 33, is a 13-year veteran who has played for the Raptors, Grizzlies, Pelicans, Wizards and Kings. He has averaged 13.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.4 assist per game in his career.
In Denver, Valanciunas will provide frontcourt depth behin Nikola Jokic.
Saric, 31, has played for six pro teams during his eight NBA seasons. He has averaged 10.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
