The Boston Celtics have reached a two-year, $5.5 million deal with free agent center Luka Garza, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Garza, 26, is a four-year NBA veteran who has played for the Pistons and Timberwolves. In his career, he has averaged 4.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game.
The Celtics lost backup center Luke Kornet to free agency and now have Garza to help their frontcourt depth.
