The Indiana Pacers have signed forward Kelly Oubre jr. to a two-year, nearly $17 million deal, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Oubre Jr., 30, is an 11-year NBA veteran who has had stints with the Wizards, Suns, Warriors, Hornets and, most recently, the 76ers, where he spent the last three seasons.
Oubre Jr. had a solid season with the 76ers, averaging 14.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists while shooting 46.7% from the field and 36% from three-point range.
The Pacers, who will be getting star guard Tyrese Haliburton back, will be hoping to recreate their 2025 NBA Finals run, and Oubre Jr. figures to be an important piece in helping them achieve that goal.
