JaVale McGee
has agreed to a three-year, $20.1 million deal with the Dallas Mavericks according to Shams Charania.
McGee, 34, has played 14 NBA seasons for eight different teams. He has averaged 8.0 points and 5.3 rebounds per game in his career. Last season for the Phoenix Suns, McGee averaged 9.2 points and 6.7 rebounds.
For the Dallas Mavericks, McGee will provide depth for the center position. Dallas finished fourth in the Western Conference and are hoping the added help can lead them further in the postseason.
