Hassan Whiteside has reportedly agreed to a deal with the Utah Jazz. He will join three-time defensive player of the year Rudy Gobert in the Jazz frontcourt, adding to the roster of the NBA’s number one overall seed in the 2021 playoffs.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday night.

Since being drafted in the second round of the 2010 NBA Draft, Whiteside has played for 12 professional or semi-professional teams. This includes organizations in America, Lebanon and China. The Jazz will be his 13th in just 11 seasons.
His best NBA season came in 2016-2017 with the Heat, in which he averaged 17 points and 14.1 rebounds per game, which was a league high. NBA fans will have to see if he can replicate those offensive numbers with his new franchise.
