Free agent forward Dorian Finney-Smith has agreed to a four-year, $53 million deal with the Houston Rockets, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Finney-Smith, 32, is a nine-year veteran who has played for the Mavericks, Nets and Lakers in his career. He has averaged 8.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in his career. He shot a career-best 41.1 percent from behind the arc last season.
With the Rockets, Finney-Smith will help a Houston team that finished second in the Western Conference last season and added Kevin Durant via trade.
