Free agent center DeAndre Jordan will re-sign with the New Orleans Pelicans for his 19th NBA season, according to Chris Haynes.
Jordan, 37, started his career with the Clippers, but has also played with the Mavericks, Knicks, Nets, Lakers, 76ers, Nuggets and Pelicans. In his career, he has averaged 8.5 points and 9.7 rebounds. In just 12 games played last season for the Pelicans, Jordan notched 4.4 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
In New Orleans, Jordan will provide veteran leadership to the team and a reserve big to lean on.
