The former fifth overall selection in the 2014 NBA Draft, Dante Exum, is returning to the league after a few years overseas. The exact monetary details of the contract are yet-unknown at time of writing, but it has been confirmed by Exum’s agent.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported the news via Twitter on Sunday.
Exum began his overseas career in Barcelona before joining Partizan Belgrade in 2022. He led the club to their first championship in quite a while last season, leading to NBA teams taking interest in him yet again.
He was originally taken by the Jazz back in 2014, before being shipped off to Cleveland for over two seasons. During his last season in the NBA, he averaged just 3.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.
