
Free agent guard D’Angelo Russell has decided to return to the Lakers on a two-year, $37 million deal according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Russell, 27, was drafted by the Lakers and returned to the team last season via trade. He has also played for the Nets, Warriors and Timberwolves. In his career, Russell has averages of 17.7 points and 5.5 assists.
The Lakers had added depth in free agency, but now get Russell back, who started 17 games for the team during the regular season.
