Dallas Mavericks Re-Sign Theo Pinson on 1-Year Deal

The Dallas Mavericks have re-signed Theo Pinson on a one-year deal according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Pinson, 26, has played four NBA seasons with the Nets, Knicks and Mavericks. During his NBA career, he has averaged 2.9 points and 1.1 assists per game. For the Mavericks in 2021-2022, Pinson averaged 2.5 points and 0.9 assists per game in 7.8 minutes per game.

The signing of Pinson gives the Mavericks depth. His presence may be more important to the team now that Jalen Brunson has signed with the New York Knicks.
