The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to re-sign Russell Westbrook to a two-year, $8 million deal according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Westbrook, 34, is a nine-time All-Star and an MVP winner. He has played for the Thunder, Rockets, Wizards, Lakers and Clippers in his career. Over that time he has averaged 22.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 8.4 assists per game.
The Clippers started Westbrook at the end of last season for 21 games. His return will aid them as they try to compete in the Western Conference.
