The 2022-2023 NBA season is in full swing. Here is the 2023 NBA Mock Draft February 7.
Draft order from: NBADraft.net
1. Houston Rockets- Victor Wembanyama, C, France
There may not be as hyped of a draft prospect since LeBron James. Wembanyama is over 7-foot, but has the skills of a guard. Whoever is picking first will take him.
2. Detroit Pistons- Scoot Henderson, G, G-League
Henderson is really improving in the G-League. He can score for himself and create for his teammates. The fit might be a little bit weird on the Pistons with so many ball-dominant players, but anyone drafting this high has to take best player available.
3. San Antonio Spurs- Amen Thompson, G, Overtime Elite
Thompson is a bigger point guard who also has great athleticism. He has played in the Overtime Elite league for two seasons so the NBA will be a jump in competition, but the Spurs could use his playmaking ability.
4. Charlotte Hornets- Brandon Miller, F, Alabama
Getting players who can stretch the floor has to be a priority for the Hornets. Miller has great length, but can also shoot very well.
5. Orlando Magic- Jarace Walker, PF, Houston
Walker has shown the ability to play in the post, but also stretch the floor with his outside shooting.

10. Portland Trail Blazers- Keyonte George, G/F, Baylor
George can get to the basket and has solid athleticism.
11. Oklahoma City Thunder- Jett Howard, F, Michigan
Teams who want a potential three-level scorer should look at Howard.

13. Atlanta Hawks- Cason Wallace, G, Kentucky
Wallace can play either guard spot and is one of the best perimeter defenders in the class.
14. Utah Jazz- G.G. Jackson, F, South Carolina
An athletic interior player, Jackson has shown good effort to score despite plays not being run for him.
15. Utah Jazz- Maxwell Lewis, G/F, Pepperdine

16. New Orleans Pelicans- Rayan Rupert, G, France

Murray helped fill the void his brother left at Iowa and is scoring over 20 points per game.

Whitehead started the year injured, but is working his way back to form.
24. Indiana Pacers- Taylor Hendricks, F/C, UCF
Hendricks can protect the rim and stretch the floor.
25. Brooklyn Nets- Kel’el Ware, C, Oregon
Teams wanting a developmental rim protector can look in Ware’s direction.
26. Memphis Grizzlies- Jalen Hood-Schifino, G, Indiana
Hood-Schifino can score for himself and find opportunities for others.
27. Utah Jazz- Colby Jones, G/F, Xavier
Jones is a versatile offensive player, who needs to continue to improve on the defensive end of the floor.
28. Houston Rockets- Jordan Hawkins, G, UConn
Hawkins is a good three-point shooter who can get his own shot.
29. Charlotte Hornets- Jalen Wilson, F, Kansas
