Just like in the previous year NBA 2K23 will be hitting the ocean. The G.O.A.T will be the newest neighborhood in NBA 2K23. Replacing the Cancha Del Mar, The G.O.A.T will only be made available to current-gen consoles.
The G.O.A.T is bringing enhancements to the quality of the Neighborhood by increasing the number of total courts, no-wait gameplay options, and much more. Here’s everything to know about NBA 2K23 The G.O.A.T.
The G.O.A.T will have a different deck layout compared to the Cancha Del Mar, one that’s more accommodating and accessible to players. Here’s how the deck will be looking in NBA 2K23:
Platinum Deck: Trips
Platinum Deck: Deuces
Platinum Deck: MOAT
Silver Deck: Promenade
Gold Deck
Throughout the season, The G.O.A.T. will be receiving cosmetic updates to match the current “vibe” of each season. The courts will feature various thematic designs and logos. No-wait gameplay is a new feature paired with the Got Next spots on the courts. This new feature gives players the ability to pair up quicker in NBA 2K23.
The Quest system in NBA 2K23 will be different compared to NBA 2K22. In addition to Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal quests, Rival Quests will be a new addition. Players will be competing with an AI within an established storyline in a 1v1 scenario. These quests feature key NPCs who players will interact with throughout the course of the game.
