With exactly one week until the launch of NBA 2K23, 2K recently announced a new edition of the title. One that features American Rapper J. Cole. This new edition is called the NBA 2K23 Dreamer Edition.
Jermain Cole or known as J.Cole was announced to grace the Dreamer Edition of NBA 2K23 alongside the reveal of the MyCareer storyline trailer. Within the trailer, it appears that J.Cole will be playing a key role in the story of MyCareer. Not only a professional Rapper and Producer, but J.Cole is also a professional basketball player for the Scarborough Shooting Stars of the Canadian Elite Basketball League.
It currently is unknown what’s included in the NBA 2K23 Dreamer Edition. The edition will only be a GameStop exclusive and will only be available for next-gen console versions of the game on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. The NBA 2K23 Dreamer Edition is scheduled to release sometime in the Fall.
Although the Dreamer Edition of NBA 2K23 content is still unknown, the title has 5 other editions listed for preorder each with its content listed.

For PS5 or Xbox Series X- $69.99
Priced at $69.99, PS5 and Xbox Series X version comes with the same pre-order bonuses as the standard edition. However, Additionally, these bonus items come with this edition:
Priced at $79.99, players get the same pre-order bonuses as the aforementioned editions along with additional bonuses.

Priced at $99.99, the NBA 2K23 Michael Jordan edition pre-order bonuses are the same as the WNBA and standard editions, but with additional content:
