Warner Brother’s MultiVersus is home to many Warner icons. As of recent, the newest potential fighter could quite possibly be Big Chungus, the 2018 Bugs Bunny Meme. With this newfound information about Big Chungus potentially joining the roster gamers wonder if is there a Big Chungus MultiVersus Release.
Warner Brothers have recently filed a trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). This trademark allows Waner Bothers to utilize Big Chungus in all manner of goods and services, from multimedia to merchandising. In short, this allows the Big Chungus image to appear in video games. This information was reported by VGC reporter Andrew Marmo via Twitter. The trademark filing does not mention Warner Brother plans for Big Chungus or any mentions of his arrival in MultiVersus.
MultiVersus however wouldn’t be the meme’s first arrival in a game. Big Chungus was in a previous Warner Brothers game called Looney Tunes World of Mayhem as a playable character.
With characters such as Morty from Rick and Morty fighting characters such as Finn from Adventure Time, it’s not illogical to suspect or even hope for Big Chungus’s arrival. With no release date or even plans announced, all players can do for now is wait and see.
