Pittsburgh Pirates 2024 Projected Pitching Rotation

Major League Baseball is about to start and teams have prepared their pitching rotations. Here is the Pittsburgh Pirates 2024 projected pitching rotation.

1. Mitch Keller RHP

Keller made the first All-Star Game of his career in 2023 and now gets the Opening Day start. He posted a 13-9 record and an ERA of 4.21.

2. Martin Perez LHP

Perez joins the Pirates after winning a World Series last season with the Rangers. In 2023, he had a 10-4 record with an ERA of 4.45 after starting games and coming out of the bullpen.

3. Marco Gonzales LHP

The Pirates signed Gonzales after he spent time with the Mariners for several years. He had a 5.76 ERA in 10 games pitched during the 2023 season.

4. Jared Jones RHP

Jones will get his first crack as an MLB pitcher early this season. He has a 4.31 ERA during his time in the minor leagues.

5. Luis Ortiz RHP

Ortiz was able to get some good experience over the last two years for the Pirates. In 18 games pitched, he had a 5-5 record with a 4.78 ERA for the 2023 season.
