Cincinnati Reds 2024 Projected Pitching Rotation

Major League Baseball is about to start and teams have prepared their pitching rotations. Here is the Cincinnati Reds 2024 projected pitching rotation.

1. Frankie Montas RHP

Montas gets the Opening Day start for the Reds after some injury-plagued seasons with the Yankees. He had a 4.05 ERA with the Athletics and Yankees in 2022.

2. Hunter Greene RHP

While Greene was expected to get the Opening Day start, the young pitcher with promise will get the second start of the season. He had 4-7 record with a 4.82 ERA last season.

3. Nick Martinez RHP

Martinez joins the Reds from the Padres where he spent two seasons. In 2023, he had a 6-4 record with an ERA of 3.43.

4. Andrew Abbott LHP

Abbott had an impressive rookie season in 2023 for the Reds, but starts as the fourth starter. He had an 8-6 record with a 3.87 ERA.

5. Graham Ashcraft RHP

Ashcraft has been a streaky pitcher in his young career, as he enters the season as the fifth starter. Last season, he had a 4.76 ERA.

Notes: Nick Lodolo (LHP) will start the season in AAA with a leg injury, but is expected to be with the Reds for April 10.
