Arizona Diamondbacks 2024 Projected Pitching Rotation

Major League Baseball is about to start and teams have prepared their pitching rotations. Here is the Arizona Diamondbacks 2024 projected pitching rotation.

1. Zac Gallen RHP

Gallen made his first All-Star Game in 2023 and now gets the Opening Day start in 2024. He had a 17-9 record and an ERA of 3.47.

2. Merrill Kelly RHP

After not getting to the big leagues until he was 30, Kelly has strung together some good years. In 2023, he had a 12-8 record and a 3.29 ERA.

3. Brandon Pfaadt RHP

Pfaadt had a rough year in 2023 with a 3-9 record and a 5.72 ERA in 19 games. He’ll need to improve this season to help the Diamondbacks even more.

4. Tommy Henry LHP

Henry has received some experience with the Diamondbacks over the last two years. In 2023, he had a 4.15 ERA in 17 games pitched.

5. Ryne Nelson RHP

Nelson had a mixed rookie year in 2023 and will be looking to improve. Lasts season, he had an 8-8 record and a 5.31 ERA.

Notes: Eduardo Rodriguez (LHP) will start the season on the IL with left lat tightness. Bryce Jarvis (RHP) is also in contention for the last rotation spots.
