During their 10-year anniversary Riot Games announced a brand new card game called Legends of Runeterra. It is expected that this game will be in a similar style as Hearthstone. This was announced a couple of hours ahead of time by Slasher.
It has now been confirmed during the League of Legends 10th Anniversary stream that this game will be coming out.
Legends of Runeterra will have old champions and completely new characters in the game. They have announced as well that this game will be less about selling packs. There will be a bunch of different ways to earn packs including weekly achievements, packs earned and many more. The game will be coming out in early 2020.
Players can try to get early access at the main site for the new game as well.
