As with all of Riot’s games, Legends of Runeterra continues to have regular updates in order to keep the meta fresh. The Season of Fortune is going strong. There is a full roadmap for the rest of this year and all of next year in terms of new cards and regions. Here are the changes along with a new game mode coming to Legends of Runeterra in Patch 1.5. Full patch notes here.

New Mode: Labs
After releasing Gauntlets in the last patch, Labs are being added as an experimental game mode. They will encourage experimentation. Players can play with their friends. The first Lab will be A.R.A.M. It “features unexpected champion matchups and unpredictable outcomes”. Players will essentially have random champions to pick from and then a deck will be created from those champions.
Labs, like Gauntlets, will continue to be either added onto or updated. This means that there will either be brand new game modes or “extreme takes on cardplay”. Expect this mode to test the limits for Legends of Runeterra.
Notable Card Changes
Pilfered Goods: Cost: 2 → 3
Solitary Monk: Power: 4 → 3
