What is the Viego Puzzle About and How can it be Solved?

There has been a new teaser for the upcoming “Rise of the Sentinels” event which will likely be a major addition to the story of League of Legends. On the League of Legends’ main website, there is a new page simply titled Sentinels of Light. On the page is Viego with his sword and in his throne clearly upset or just thinking about something deeply. Yet, there is a secret within this page, here is how to unlock the secret and solve the puzzle within it.

Step 1

Link

Above is a link to the initial page for the puzzle. When clicking everywhere on the page it just starts a countdown that says Ruin and then 3, 2, 1 with nothing happening after. Many started clicking all over the page and then found something when clicking the hand of Viego on the tapestry.

Step 2

Once one has clicked on the hand, music from what sounds like a music box starts playing. It is likely a music box as it has Viego and Isolde dancing in what seems to be a flower.

At the end of the song a box pops up looking for some sort of password.

Oddly enough, this password is: ->8->8->8->8. After typing that in it takes fans to another page.

Step 3

In this last step fans are taken to a page that says “Welcome Sentinel”. This one also has a box for fans to enter in some sort of code. The code is: Akshan, the name of the next League of Legends champion.

This finally leads to the new Sentinels of Light graphic which is sure to get gams pumped as it reveals Viego and those champions who will be joining the Sentinels.
