The LCS has announced another partner for their Summer Finals in Detroit, this time it’s SNAPS. They make limited-edition accessories for snapback baseball hats and currently works with the NBA. They will be selling three different LCS-themed products that will only be available in Detroit. There will be 200 of each and will be available at select merch stores in the arena. Each one will run a cost of $17. Along with this, the LCS will be rolling out new official hats. They will be revealed in Detroit.

Along with Rocket Mortgage, the LCS is clearly starting to try new types of sponsors for themselves and esports as a whole by adding SNAPS. This is more apparel focused which has not been something that has been seen from the LCS much in the past. Normally they do most if not all of their apparel in house. It will be interesting to see if the LCS continues to find sponsors for their individual events or if either SNAPS or Rocket Mortgage will stay on for the 2020 season.
The Summer Finals will be at the Little Caesars Arena on August 24th and 25th. Tickets are still available. The event can be watched on Riot Games Twitch Channel.
