One of the most popular champions in League of Legends is Lux. Not only is she adorable but she is easy to learn and fun to play. Her outplay potential is relatively low but there is no doubt that she is a fan-favorite. If you are deciding to play Lux for the first time or just trying to figure out what skins you want to buy for her then you have come to the right place. When trying to decide the Best Lux skins there are few areas of criteria that have to be considered. They are listed below.
A lot of this will be based on the authors bias as well but isn’t that how these rankings always go? There are 18 different skins to consider, including the base skin, if you do not count chromas or prestige skins which we will be packaging them all together. Either way, here are the Top 10 Best Lux Skins.

For the pricing, this is easily one of the best skins for Lux. Sure it is mid in terms of how it is compared to many of the other skins but Lux is looking like a battle hardened steel worker of some sorts. Also how abilities in game are memorable. It is one of the more intense skins for her too so if that is more your headcanon vibe for Lux then this is a skin that would be highly recommended.
Look this may be just the base skin but it is a great one. The splash art is very memorable and even in game her abilities are a bit harder to see which can give you an advantage. Also it helps with her lore as the sorcerer of the anti-sorcerer region of Demacia.
While not her most memorable skin, this one brings a lot for Lux in terms of the in-game sound effects. Without those this probably wouldn’t make the list. Even with her being one of the main champions for this line and it fitting well within that, it is still pretty average for Lux overall.
While less anime-inspired than some of her other skins, including one listed above this, Lux and the crew having fun in their PJs is always fun. The ears really help to bring this skin together. The problem is that in game this skin is very okay at best and does not do much to differentiate itself.
One of the few skins that matches the less cutesy side of Lux and more of her badass mage side. The Empyrean line was already great and while Lux’s addition to it felt a bit random, it still works. The in-game and splash art aspects are outstanding. If there were not five fantastic skins for Lux this would easily have cracked that top five.
Some people would probably want this one to be higher but the pricing is what is holding it back. If it were 1350 like the others, it would be very close to number one. The splash art is incredible and the in-game effects are unforgettable. This is a go-to for many Lux players. Especially for those who like her darker side.
There were many who were pretty whelmed by this skin line but the Lux skin is great. It is beautiful and fits the theming perfect. Also, it has a lot of fantastic in-game sound effects. This is a bit more of an underrated skin for most but not in these rankings.
Another anime-inspired skin but a fantastic one. This skin line is a lot of fun and the theme is amazing for Lux and just overall. The in-game effects are not as great as everything else but the backing animation is memorable and just about every other part of this skin works very well.
Sailor Moon meets League of Legends, how could Lux not be included? This skin is not just for anime fans but those who just enjoy a good skin. It was one of her early ones but you can point to its popularity that really gave Lux an even bigger fan base. It is relatively cheap to buy as well and allows you to get the more feminine side of Lux.
This was a pretty obvious choice to be number one. It may cost the most but as an Ultimate skin, it really gives you everything. The splash art is fantastic, the theme fits wonderfully and it is specifically made for Lux. What makes this skin so impressive is that you can choose variations of it throughout the game. Not as a chroma but actually based on the different elements and then combining them to create something new and interesting. Truthfully this is one of the best skins in League of Legends and worth every penny if you play Lux.
