Ranked Rewards have been a way to celebrate fans who have climbed the ladder to a certain point. It has had some very fun and interesting skins come out. They generally honor champions that have been more popular in that Season. This year, Sejuani has certainly been that. She has seen play both in the Top Lane and in the Jungle. Clearly, this has led to her being played more often than she was in the past.
The Victorious Skins are a way for fans to show off that they have reached a certain rank on the League of Legends Solo/Duo or Flex queues. Specifically, fans will have to reach at least Gold. This is basically just above the middle of where most players reside.
In the past, some of these skins have had something to delineate exactly how far beyond Gold they were able to finish. Whether that be different colors like on the Lucian skin or emblems. It will be interesting to see how or if they will for the Sejuani skin.
With the League of Legends Season 12 End Date coming soon, fans will have to start their grind if they wish to receive their free skin.
