The developers are dropping massive changes for the LoL Arena Mode for patch 13.15. These changes target balancing the game mode by providing more strength to the underwhelming picks, while nerfing the strongest champions.

Massive champion buffs
The LoL Arena Mode patch notes have many buffs for multiple champions. This bodes quite well for the game mode’s balance, since it’s definitely plagued by a lack of variety due to many picks being too weak. For more details, check out the champion buffs section below.
Kayle nerfed
Though weak during the early game, Kayle is an unstoppable monster during the late game. And to be honest, the late game is all that really matters for LoL Arena Mode. Kayle’s base damage is being massively nerfed, which should prevent the champion from 100 to 0ing practically every other champion in the game.
