Publish Date: May 31, 2023

League of Legends Developers have been pumping out new skins every two weeks for a few years now. They have mainly been solid but some have been less than ideal. Some of the more popular skinlines get a second set. It looks as if that is happening again. Here is a look at the second set of League of Legends Shan Hai Scrolls Skins.

For those who love the Shan Hai Scrolls skins, these may be the skins they have been looking for. This time Riot was ahead of the game and as these were not revealed by a leak before being officially announced. It also feels as though Riot Games and the skin team were really pushing to get some champions that have not had much love, some love.

For starters, they are hitting even more champions that were in need of skins. Basically all four champions had not had new skins or just had one in the past few years. Tahm Kench and Kog’Maw are seemingly perfect for these skins. Their designs fit well with the way Eastern cultures pictured fish in their art. Lillia and Bard fit the scrolls part extremely well as both of them use a weapon that can be stylized as a brush.

With this, the skins have not been announced for when they will release. That being said, it is pretty clear that they will be coming soon as they are going to be on the PBE. Look for them to come out with Patch 13.12 on June 14, 2023. Make sure to keep checking back for more news and updates on these skins as the date for their release is coming soon.
