League of Legends Patch 13.19 Notes: Syndra Buffs, Rek’Sai nerfs, and more

The brand new League of Legends patch notes provide a hefty amount of champion balance. Targeted towards stabilizing the meta, League of Legends 13.19 adjusts a couple of outliers in the game.

What’s changing in League of Legends 13.18?

Rek’Sai Nerfs

This champion has undeniably been running rampant in the game. Riot is nerfing her, with more details on the nerfs and Riot’s own analysis shown below.

“P changes have allowed Rek’Sai to perform more like a bruiser rather than an assassin. Our changes aim to keep this shape, but nerf it a bit, while also hitting early game strength with Movespeed and early Q damage.”

Syndra Buffs

The orb wielding champion struggled to keep up with her counterparts. Riot is buffing her Q ability, which should help maintain her damage output significantly — as her Q is key ot her playstyle.
