Legendary LoL player, DWG’s Ghost, created a Kai’Sa build that is simply dominating the ranked ladder. Thanks to the cost reduction of lethality items, this Korean Kai’Sa Build rushes Umbral Glaive — thereby allowing the champion to reach her Q evolution quite fast into the game.
Here is the full League of Legends Korean Kai’Sa Build, going over the recommended items and runes.
These are the recommended items for the Korean Kai’Sa build. Of course, for starting item buy a Doran’s Blade. This is a staple for practically every ADC in the game.

Then, rush an Umbral Glaive — which costs 2300 gold. That’s incredibly cheap for the value. It can be used to clear wards, which can help take lane advantage. In addition, the base AD stats makes it incredibly easy for Kai’Sa to upgrade her Q.
For the rest of the build, stack a little bit of lethality then go for some AP to round out the typical Kai’Sa build optimization.

Hail of Blades is recommended, since this is very much an early power spike build. And Hail of Blades does exactly this, since it allows Kai’Sa to trade very well during the laning phase.
The rest of the build is pretty standard. Take Magical Footwear to save some money when upgrading boots, or Perfect Timing for when Zhonya’s Hourglass seems like an absolutely necessary purchase.
