In a recent agreement with Panasonic Avionics, Riot will now be offering access to LCS and Academy games on airlines equipped with Panasonic’s inflight entertainment systems. This is the first such agreement between an esport and an airline entertainment provider, making it a historic step forward for Riot and League of Legends.

Because it is not clear which airlines are using Panasonic’s inflight entertainment systems, a list of airlines where this will be available has not yet been released. They will be releasing which airline providers this will include in the future. Panasonic will also be the exclusive in-flight partner of the LCS and Academy, meaning that no other airline entertainment provider will have access to these matches.
Stay tuned for more information on which airlines will be part of this new, exciting agreement. The Game Haus will provide updates as they are made available.
