It does not look as if Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be on Xbox Game Pass.
This is a bit of a surprise considering the collection will release on Xbox One and not even modern-day consoles. It will be available on PC so that could be the path for it to be added. Otherwise, without the game releasing on the Xbox Series X|S in the future, this game may be tough to acquire.
