I wanted to find more info on the available promos so I looked for support options. Spin Blitz states that it offers 24/7 support and from what I could see this was true. I couldn’t find a live chat though, so the only options were email support or a telephone line for payment-related queries.

I sent several emails at different times of the day and got a reply usually within 30 minutes. The quality of the reply was also excellent and I always got help with my queries. There are also detailed terms of service, responsible play, and privacy policy pages.

Let’s get the licensing issue out of the way - I’ve seen other Spin Blitz reviews talking about the lack of a license, but the website doesn’t need one.
