Like mobile gaming? Well, you can enjoy a sweepstakes casino service on your mobile device at Modo.us. In fact, you can get a Modo.us app for on-the-go gaming right now. Just note that Android users still need to use the web version.
While you may already know what sweepstakes casinos are all about, this guide provides a refresher to jog your memory. Besides, it’ll be a great way for beginners to learn about Modo.us, its bonuses, and how to get its mobile app. So without any further ado, let's get started.
How does the Modo.us app work: Why the hype around the app?
While some people might have found the app by chance, we're sure a few of you have seen good reviews of the Modo.us app. So, what exactly is the reason it's becoming so popular? That's easy. It's because Modo.us is an online sweepstakes casino that pulls no punches.
As a sweepstakes casino, the Modo.us app gives you full access to casino-style games that you can play for free. To make this possible, Modo.us offers players virtual currencies for free through various promotions. You can get Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC), which are standard on most sites. However, we also found Stars, a type of virtual currency unique to Modo.us.
The Gold Coins are exclusively used to play games for free, and for nothing else. However, Sweeps Coins allow you to play games for free and also allow you to redeem cash prizes. To get the cash prizes, you must process a
Modo.us SC redemption
request. You need to meet certain requirements, but they’re pretty straightforward to complete.

The Modo.us app: What is available?
Pros and Cons
- Official Modo.us iOS app
- High-quality games and bonuses
- Supports SC redemptions
- No downloadable Android app
You might be wondering, is there an actual Modo.us app? Or are you getting one of those add-to-your-home-bar options again? Well, the good news is that there is. The bad news is that only an iOS app is available for now. While this isn't the perfect arrangement, you can still access Modo.us on Android devices using your mobile browser.
Getting started on the Modo.us Casino app: Downloading the app and setting up an account
To use the downloadable version of the Modo.us app, you must be an iOS user. While this isn't ideal for everyone else, it's what we have to deal with until an official Android app becomes available. Getting Modo.us on iOS takes around five minutes, and you can do it like this:
-
Go to the Apple App Store and search for Modo.us.
-
Tap the Get button to download the app.
-
Open the app after installation.
Easy, right? Of course, mobile apps don't take too long to download. However, you still need to set up an account to use the Modo.us app. Don't worry, this process takes just a little longer:
-
Launch the Modo.us Casino app.
-
Tap the register button.
-
Enter an email address and click the 6-digit verification link sent to your inbox.
-
Create a password, and the app will log you in for the first time.
-
Now, you'll need to complete your profile with details like your name, date of birth, state, and phone number.
-
You'll get a code on your phone, and you must provide it to complete the verification process.
Once you complete your account verification, you'll receive your 20,000 GC and 1 SC welcome bonus, and also get the option to claim your first daily login bonus.
Games you can play on the Modo.us casino app
So, what's the game library like on the Modo.us casino app? Well, you're absolutely going to love the selection Modo.us has put together. While going through the app, these are the options we found:
- Slots: These are the most popular
Modo.us games, and you'll find 2,000+ games in this category. Megaways, classic slots, hold & win, and cascading reel slots are all available on the app.
- Live dealer games: Sometimes, you just want to visit a physical casino, but you can't. Well, you can always check out the live dealer games at Modo.us. You'll get a similar experience with real dealers on your screen and, sometimes, a table with other competitors.
- Modo Originals: Slots, baccarat, and roulette aren't the only games you can find at sweepstakes casinos. Nowadays, you can find original titles like Limbo, Mines, Dice, Plinko, and Wheel on Modo.us and some other operators. These games are developed in-house, so they're exclusive to the app.
- Progressive jackpots: Want higher max multipliers? At Modo.us, you can play for that on its progressive jackpot games. We've seen some titles with jackpots over 50,000 SC, which you won't get on most regular games.
- Fish shooting games: We're always open to something new, and the fish shooting games are a welcome addition. The unique gameplay of these titles makes for a refreshing change when you fancy switching things up a bit.

Bonuses you can claim on the Modo.us app
Remember we said Modo.us gives you virtual currencies for free? Well, it does so through various promotions. There is the welcome offer, which we mentioned earlier, along with
Modo.us bonuses for existing players. If you're up for a fun gaming session on your Modo.us mobile app, then these are some of the promotions you can find:
The lifesaver at sweepstakes casinos. This bonus is available every 24 hours, and at Modo.us, it's a 10,000 GC and 0.1 SC bonus. However, if you maintain a 7-day login streak, you’ll get a free wheel spin too.
You can't visit a true sweepstakes casino without finding a mail-in bonus, or AMOE. This offer lets you send a handwritten request to the Modo.us team for a reward. True, this offer requires a bit of effort, but you're getting 3 free SC per request, so it's totally worth it.
This unique daily bonus lets you claim a jackpot. Of course, not everyone is going to claim the jackpot, but it doesn't hurt to opt in for the hunt since you're going to be playing games anyway.
Here’s how the
Modo.us referral bonus
works. You simply share your referral link with friends and have them sign up using it. After they sign up, they need to make an optional GC purchase of at least $20 for you to be eligible for rewards. Modo will reward you every time your friend ranks up through the Modo ranks, so you're not getting instant rewards here.
Conclusion: The best mobile games at your fingertips
Want to enjoy on-the-go gaming? Or maybe you just don't want to be stuck at a desk while playing games? Regardless of why you want a mobile gaming option, Modo.us has you covered. You're getting a top-tier mobile sweepstakes casino experience, with the option to use a mobile browser or download an app.
While iOS users have an official app, we're still waiting for news about an Android app from the Modo.us team. Nonetheless, there’s not much difference in the player experience between visiting Modo.us via its mobile app or mobile website. This means Android users can still get into the best mobile gaming action regardless.
The sweepstakes casino has a 20,000 GC and 1 SC welcome bonus that you can claim when you set up an account, and you can do so using the link we provide. Modo.us has also expanded its services by adding a Mystery box section. Although this isn't the priority on the site, you also get a welcome bonus to try out this service whenever you're ready.
