While having a good sweepstakes casino is non-negotiable, players are still usually interested in knowing the “extras” that are available. One of such is the presence of a mobile app, and that is why we considered reviewing the DimeSweeps app.
But then, we found out that the operator does not have a downloadable mobile app for now. However, the website is well optimized for mobile players, allowing you to access the same experience as desktop players. Here, we’ll break down what the mobile experience looks like, and consider what else the sweepstakes casino has to offer.
200% Extra: 30 SC FREE + 10,000 Gold Coins
DimeSweeps Highlights
- More than 3,000 casino style games
- Mix of game types, from slots, instant win and live dealer titles
- Games by studios such as Hacksaw Gaming and KA Gaming
How do virtual currencies work at DimeSweeps?
Given that DimeSweeps is a social casino, it uses a dual-virtual currency model, as do other sweepstakes casinos. This means that within the DimeSweeps environment, you can play your favorite casino-style games using either the Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins.
If you’re new to this, here are the distinctions between the two:
Gold Coins are used for entertainment purposes only and hold no real-world value. You can either win them through bonuses and promos, or make a non-mandatory purchase GC of packs if you choose to. But while you can use them to access over 4,000 casino-style games on the site, winnings from using GC cannot be redeemed for real prizes.
Unlike its counterpart, Sweeps Coins allow you to play promotional gaming. That means you can redeem your SC winnings for real prizes after satisfying certain requirements. Moreover, you cannot directly purchase these virtual currencies, but only win them during games or promotions.
Notably, any SC you win during gameplay on DimeSweeps is eligible for redemption, with the minimum requirement of 100 Sweeps Coins. However, you have to meet a 1x playthrough requirement, meaning it must be used to play at least once before you can request redemption.

During our review, we found several promotional offers for new and existing players. Although some of them are what you’ll consider as basic in sweepstakes casinos, we actually found a few that are exclusive to DimeSweeps alone:
Welcome bonus
After signing up and verifying your phone number, you’ll receive a bonus of 50,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 1 Sweeps Coin (SC). Interestingly, the bonus doesn’t require a promo code for activation. What’s more, it is not bound to any specific choice of game, meaning you can try out any title from DimeSweep’s 4,000+ game library.
To claim your bonus, follow these
DimeSweeps login
steps:
-
Click on any of the operators on-page banners here to get a straight redirect to the sweepstakes casino.
-
On there, click the sign up button to access the registration form.
-
Enter the required signup information, such as your username, phone number, email address, and a password of your choice.
-
Accept the sweepstakes casino's terms and conditions by ticking the boxes just below the optional “promo code” tab.
-
Confirm your registration by tapping on “Sign up.”
-
Finally, verify your phone number by inputting the code sent to you.
Once these steps are complete, you will be automatically signed into your new DimeSweeps account, with your welcome bonus intact.
Package boost offer
Upon purchasing an optional Gold Coin bundle on a Tuesday, DimeSweeps will immediately reward you with an extra 10% SC. Likewise, when you make a non-mandatory purchase of a Gold Coin package on Thursdays, you’ll receive an additional 15% SC boost.
If you decide to purchase a Gold Coin bundle that includes 10 free SC on a Sunday, you will receive an added SC bonus of up to 20%. However, note that these offers apply only when you purchase a GC bundle, which is optional.
15% coinback
DimeSweeps also offers a Friday Coinback promo, which returns 15% of all SC and GC played during the week. Like the package boost offer, it comes without game restrictions.
Daily wheel spin
Each day, you can receive instant GC or SC bonus wheel spin rewards, reaching as high as 20 free Sweeps Coins. However, these bonuses do not roll over and expire at the end of each day.
All DimeSweeps players are assigned a unique referral link, which can be used to invite other players to the site for bonuses. To take part in this promo, simply share your unique link to any interested party. Once they register, you will get weekly bonuses depending on their activities on the site.

What to expect from the DimeSweeps game library
DimeSweeps Casino offers users access to over 4,000 casino-style games spanning live dealers and table games, as well as slots, which make up most of the titles in the library. We should give you heads up that you will find over 3,500 slot titles, including dynamic megaways options and 3-reel classics. You can also try out free spins on jackpot games.
Out of the pack, some unique titles that you can find in the lobby include Trick or Treat, Sweet Maid, and Candy Bears. Not to mention, the DimeSweeps game catalog is backed by industry names such as Big Time Gaming, KA Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming.
Making optional purchases at DimeSweeps
If you wish to extend your gametime on the site, purchasing an optional GC bundle is the best play. With this in mind, DimeSweeps allows users to easily purchase virtual currencies via conventional payment gateways such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Skrill. You can also use payment methods such as Skrill, Visa, bank transfer, and MasterCard.
That said, crypto payment is also available for faster and secure transactions. The site allows for non-mandatory GC pack purchases using digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies.
Prize redemption at DimeSweeps
You can also use the same methods for purchasing virtual tokens when redeeming your SC prizes. However, this process is subject to account verification, which requires submitting a government-issued ID and other necessary information.
Once you hit the
DimeSweeps redemption
threshold, you will be expected to follow some steps in order to redeem your Sweeps Coins for real prizes:
- Look for the “Redeem” section on the DimeSweeps mobile platform.
- You can then choose to redeem your SC for a gift card or cash prize.
- Then, select the amount of Sweeps Coins to swap in line with the site's redemption limits.
- Gift card redemptions are usually faster, often within 24 hours. For cash prize redemptions, the site takes up to seven days to process prizes and even up to 10 days in some cases.
DimeSweeps user interface and customer support options
DimeSweeps has a simple interface with a navy blue background and colors that make key elements, such as games and promotions, easy to spot. While it is yet to launch a mobile app, the site can be easily accessed across iOS, Android (mobile browsers), and Windows laptops.
In a case where you encounter issues during gameplay, you can reach out to DimeSweeps through these customer service channels:
The live chat offers quick responses to simple issues and inquiries through its automated chatbot interface. Moreover, a human customer care agent will respond to you within 30 minutes if necessary.
Meanwhile, you can use email support for more detailed issues that cannot be resolved over live chat, though it has a slow response time.
