We had to write this Clash5 review because we simply hadn’t seen anything like this gaming site before. So join us to discover a whole new way to play.
We’ve been in the casino gaming realm for many years, and it’s great to find that Clash5 has come up with something new. Our review will cover how it works as both a sweeps casino AND a mystery box site to let you play thousands of games for free and take part in epic card gaming battles.
What actually is Clash5 and how does it work?
So Clash5 is a new kind of gaming site that kind of works in two separate elements as follows:
- Mystery boxes: Here you will be opening various mystery boxes where you will get some random Cards. These Cards are used to play in battles with other gamers, and if you play well enough you could top the daily leaderboard. This is just done for fun with no chance of redeeming any prizes.
- Sweepstakes casino: The other side is a sweepstakes casino where you play over 800 casino games with a kind of virtual currency called Clash Coins. If you play through and win back enough Clash Coins, you can redeem them for real-world prizes.
A quick Clash5 review of those Battles
At first glance you might think that Clash5 is a standard mystery box site like the one we talked about in our
Goatbox review. After all, you can sign up and then purchase a variety of mystery boxes that will contain a randomly-assigned selection of Cards. However, there are some important things to note about how this works at Clash5 including the following:
- The mystery boxes and Cards will be ranked in terms of rarity as Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary
- The scarcer the Card, the more powerful it will be in the Battles
- Battles are one-on-one contests where you have to win three rounds out of five rounds
- You win a round by having a better card than your rival, and the card rankings are based on statistics such as Attack, Defense and Team Synergy
- If you win a game, you will climb up the Daily Leaderboard where you can claim XP to advance up the brand’s loyalty program
So many games found in our Clash5 review
We’ve played at many sweeps casino sites, and it’s good to find that Clash5 can easily match what’s available elsewhere. After all, there are over 800 titles here from major developers like Betsoft, Swintt, BGaming and Iconic 21, and they cover all of the following games genres:
- Online slots: Expect to play everything from hit slots like Snoop Dogg Dollars through to crazy new titles like Wild Tornado Ranch.
- Instant win games: The bulk of these are Clash5 exclusives like Coin Heist, Plinko and Midnight Crash. All offering a simple gameplay and heart-stopping multipliers.
- Live casino games: Take on the live dealer in an atmospheric setting for anything from roulette and blackjack to baccarat and beyond.

Why you should feel safe getting a Clash5 login
You will probably know that there are lots of rogue gaming sites out there, and it’s our duty to weed them out to ensure that you get a safe way to play. Thankfully, Clash5 has all of the trust features that you should be looking for, including the following:
- US availability: By operating as a legit sweeps casino, Clash5 is allowed to operate in all US states except for California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington
- Encryption technologies: The Clash5 site features all of the standard SSL encryption technologies you’d expect to keep your personal data and payments secure.
- Clear terms and conditions: It’s good to find that Clash5 has a clear page of terms and conditions, and that there’s also a page dedicated to explaining the Game Rules.
- Responsible gaming: Clash5 also has a resource that’ll let you do things like apply limits to your payments and gameplay, as well as taking breaks and even excluding yourself from the site.
Making your payments at Clash5
While you can always play at sweepstakes casinos like Clash5 for free, the brand does give you the option of making a payment to open one of those mystery boxes. The cheapest way of doing this will cost you around $10, and you should be able to use the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Mobile payment methods like Apple Pay
What you need to know about redeeming prizes at Clash5
Let’s get down to business, and this is how you can actually get your hands on one of those real-world prizes. So before you do that, you will have to understand the following:
- Only customers who have a fully verified account and who have played through their Clash Coins at least once will be able to redeem any prizes
- You need to have won back a minimum of 100 Clash Coins to redeem them for cash prizes, although this amount goes down to 10 Clash Coins for gift card redemptions
- Your redemptions can be made via bank transfer or check, and it could take up to 10 working days for your prize to reach you
- You can only make up to $500 in prize redemptions each week
Decent Clash5 ratings for customer support
Given that Clash5 can be a little confusing for newbies, it’s nice to find that it offers you plenty of ways to get in touch with its helpful customer service team. Here are your main options:
- Live chat customer support located on the homepage and perhaps your easiest way of reaching out
- Dedicated email support address
- Social media support, particularly via the Discord channel
- FAQ section on the site with articles about gameplay, verification, promotions and so on
Conclusion - Awesome findings in our Clash5 review
We have to admit that Clash5 caught us by surprise, as we’ve never actually encountered a site like this before. Thankfully, it turned out to be a welcome surprise, as the casino games are all great, and it’s endlessly fun to open those mystery boxes and use those Cards to play in epic Battles.
OK, so there’s no mobile app here, but that’s hardly a dealbreaker, especially when you consider how mobile-friendly the brand’s site is. So, make sure you hit any of the links for Clash5 in the banners of this page to sign up and enjoy a whole new way to play.
Clash5 review FAQ
🃏 What is Clash5?
It’s kind of like a sweepstakes casino crossed with a mystery box site. Oh and there’s a little amount of collectible card gaming in there too, although you can’t actually get those cards posted out to you as they are just virtual cards.
🎂 What is the minimum age limit at Clash5?
You have to be at least 21 years old to sign up to Clash5. This is a little higher than most other sweeps casinos, but that’s probably a good mark of trust.
You sure can, as it is all over Facebook, Instagram and X where it hosts lots of pretty daft riddles and puzzles. There’s also an official Clash5 Discord that’s worth a closer look.
🔍 How do I verify my Clash5 account?
This is just a matter of logging in, heading over to the Verification tab and then submitting a selfie as well as some kind of government-issued photo ID. Something like your passport or driving license should do the trick.
🏆 What can I win at Clash5?
The only things that you can directly win are virtual currencies like Cards, Clash Coins and XP Points. While that’s true, you can redeem your Clash Coins for cash prizes if you manage to meet the playthrough requirements.
