Is Fanatics legal in KY?

For now, it’s a no, we’re afraid. There’s no question whatsoever around whether Fanatics is legit, mind – the operator is currently live in four US states, it’s just that no announcements have been made regarding whether they intend to enter into the KY market anytime soon.
