For those of you wondering when DraftKings will be legal in Kentucky, we have news for you – the operator’s big launch appears to be just around the corner.
While an official launch date remains TBC, all the signs suggest that DraftKings will go live in KY as soon as it’s able to do so. And there’s even better news. You don’t even have to wait around for an official announcement before registering, as DraftKings are already dishing out pre-launch bonuses
today.
Right then. So, is DraftKings legal in KY
already?
Well… not just yet. Regulated in-person sports betting officially began on September 7, 2023, in The Bluegrass Site, with September 28 earmarked as the date operators will be able to start accepting mobile wagers.
Practically the second this news dropped, DraftKings was one of the first operators to confirm they’d launch their popular online sportsbook in Kentucky when it’s legal to do so – so it’s safe to assume you’ll be able to bet there from September 28, or at least fairly soon afterwards.
