– in the middle of the table on the left-hand side.
- Red
– beneath the black space in the middle of the table.
- Odd
– one up from the bottom on the far left-hand side of the table
- 19 to 36
– at the bottom of the table on the outer edge.
3. What are the different types of bets in casino roulette?
To place a bet when playing roulette games, players must add their chips in the correct spaces on the table. This is where things get a little more complicated, with multiple places to add chips that will define the type of bet you place.

To make a “Six Line” bet, place a chip on the horizontal line on the left-hand side of the number board. This will allow you to wager on six individual numbers, i.e., 1,2,3, 4, 5, and 6. |
What is an outside bet in roulette?
We’ve covered what defines an inside bet, but what about “outside” wagers? That’s easy – it’s any bet placed
outside
the main roulette table, i.e., in any space beyond the number grid.
Say, for example, you wanted to bet on red – you can do that by placing chips on the red diamond on the left-hand side of the table. Here’s a quick lowdown on how the five outside bet types work and where to place your chips.
