Legal Framework for Peer-to-Peer Betting
Globally, the legal landscape for gambling and sports betting as a whole is starting to open up. For so long, many cultures and countries were very leery of gambling. Case Study: Legal Landscape of Sports Betting in The United States
Let’s take a look at the United States for example when it comes to the legal landscape of sports betting. As of the initial writing of this guide, there are 38 different states that allow for sports betting. There are five that have it on the ballot and a few where there is either no legislation or it is likely not going to be legal soon.
